On all commissionable travel booked, Archer pays out 80% of the commission directly to you. Cruises typically pay 16–22% supplier commission; hotels, tours, and all-inclusives average 10–17%. Commissions are paid by Archer twice a month, and travelers never pay extra for using your services.

Absolutely. There are no quotas, no minimum hours, and no long-term commitments. Many advisors start part-time — booking travel on evenings and weekends — and grow from there. Crista built her business the same way.

Yes — and here's the easiest way to think about it. Have you ever worked somewhere that gave you a referral bonus when someone you recommended got hired? Or received a kickback or incentive for referring someone to a bank, a gym, or a business? We believe the same thing — if you refer someone to this opportunity and they enroll, you should be compensated for that.
